Karen and Rhys

I am a 68-year-old retired woman who enjoys spending time with my dog and watching TV. My son is 40 and on leave from work until December.We smoke and have a 10 yr old dog called Bullseye who is very friendly but a good guard dog.Our house is always kept clean, and have no parties. We only have the odd family visitor.We would like a two bedroom unfurnished granny flat if possible or two bedrooms to rent. We are easy to get on with everyone and are well mannered and are home bodies.
We have rented here in Midland unit for over 10 years and only have 2 wks left to move out as unit is being sold by owner.
Could end up homeless.
