We are very interested in renting property as our new family home. My partner, and I are relocating from Adelaide to Launceston with our child after Rasmila secured a permanent position through a transfer with her current employer in the aged-care sector, providing our family with stable ongoing income.

We have an excellent rental history, including living with the same landlord in Sydney for over four years and more than a year of good rental history in Adelaide. We are responsible tenants who always pay rent on time and take great care of the property we live in.

I am currently employed in Adelaide and have over five years of experience in production and manufacturing. While I will be leaving my current position due to our relocation, I am confident in securing employment in Launceston given my experience. We also have sufficient savings to comfortably support our family during the transition.

We are looking for a secure, long-term home where we can settle as a family. Rental references, employment documents and proof of savings can be provided if required.
