My name is Aurora, and I am looking for a long-term rental that provides me with my own private space, where I can enjoy peace, quiet and independence. No share housing.

I am specifically seeking a self-contained granny flat, studio or small house for myself and one other adult, with 1-2 bedrooms, with a proper kitchen including a cooktop and oven. I am not seeking a room in shared accommodation, converted garages, tiny homes or very small spaces that do not provide adequate room to live comfortably. I value having a home where I can move freely and have genuine autonomy over my day-to-day life.

I am a clean, respectful and quiet person who values privacy and takes pride in maintaining a home to a high standard. I am currently studying and enjoy spending my leisure time reading, creating art and walking in nature. I take genuine pride in keeping my living environment clean, fresh and well maintained.

I take my rental obligations seriously. Rent is always paid when due. I am reliable, honest and forthcoming, and I believe in maintaining clear and respectful communication with the landlord.

Proximity to public transport is essential, as I rely on public transport for my day-to-day travel.

I am looking for a long-term home and would value finding a landlord who appreciates open, honest communication and a tenant who genuinely cares for the property. I have no pets or children. I am open to other locations outside of those listed in my profile with consideration to frequent public transport.

My budget is $400 per week. If bond is asked, I will require proof of lodgement to Fair Trading this includes receipts for payment of rent and a formal tenancy agreement. I am seeking a minimum of 12 months lease.
