Hi, my name is Yashica, and I am a first-year university student studying Speech Pathology. Alongside my studies, I work casually at Target and as a tutor for three tutoring companies. I enjoy working with students and balancing my work commitments with university.
I am looking to move into a home with my partner sometime this month or next month, depending on the availability of the property. We are hoping to find a comfortable, safe, and affordable home where we can settle in and build a positive living environment.
I also have a four-year-old toy poodle who is a very friendly, well-trained, and much-loved member of our family. We would love to bring him along if the property allows pets. However, if the apartment does not permit pets, that is completely fine, as he can stay with my parents, who are very flexible and happy to care for him.
We would take pride in keeping our home clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and we would be respectful of the property and our neighbours.
