Ryan Deakin

I'm a 28-year-old male working full time. I spend most of my time at the gym working with my partner or seeing clients, so I'm out quite a bit during the week. I've also got family in Melbourne that I head down to visit regularly, so there'll be times when I'm out of state for a few days at a time.
When I'm around, I'm pretty straightforward and easy to live with. I'm tidy, always pay rent on time, and I respect shared spaces. I'm not big on drama or complications, just want a clean place where everyone gets along and does their part. Interests outside of work are the gym, cooking, and getting to the beach when I can.
