Hey, I’m Rosa. I’m a 27 year old personal trainer, who is moving over from New Zealand. I’m ideally looking for a place 5-10mins max drive to the beach. The closer the better!! I love a clean, sunny and relaxed environment. I would love to find some like-minded people who are driven, active, and would be up for a chat/bbq every now and then! Or at least just good energy around the house, where we can have a laugh. However with being a PT, I also understand down time is important. My social battery can be drained with work, So I’m very respectful of peoples own space/time. In my spare time I love to get out in nature, and have recently gotten back into art/painting (less doom scrolling). I would ideally like a room away from the communal bathroom/toilet if possible, but not a deal breaker (worst sleeper award goes to me, wooo!) I don’t ever bring my own stress or issues home or on to my house mates, as I HATE when people have done that in past house shares. Good energy only!. I’m open to living with guys, but would prefer there to be at least another girl. I only drink every now and then, but still love to go out and be social regardless. I also don’t smoke or vape.
