Hey I’m James (33) and currently living in Melbourne. I’m planning to move up to the Sunshine Coast once I’ve locked in a full time job in the cabinetmaking industry.

I’m pretty relaxed and easy to live with. I like keeping things clean and tidy, I’m respectful of other people’s space and I generally keep myself busy with work, sport and getting out and about.

I’m friendly and happy to have a chat, but I also really value having my own space and privacy. Ideally I’d like to live with just one other person rather than in a bigger share house.

I haven’t actually lived in a share house before, so this will be a new experience for me, but I’m looking for somewhere that feels calm, comfortable and easy going.

My budget is around $300 - $350 per week for rent, not including bills. I’m mainly looking around Maroochydore and nearby areas. My move in date is a little flexible at the moment as it depends on when I get work sorted, but once that’s locked in I’ll be ready to make the move pretty quickly.
