Hi, I’m Ryan. I’m a newly single dad to a 14-month-old daughter and I’m looking for somewhere comfortable and respectful to call home, ideally somewhere close to my daughter so I can spend as much time with her as possible.

I work full-time in hospitality during the day, so I’m generally out working during the week. Outside of work, I enjoy gaming, going to the gym and making music. I’m an easy going person who enjoys having my own space, but I’m also happy to have a chat and get to know the people I live with.

I’m clean, tidy and very respectful of shared spaces and other people's routines. I understand that everyone has different lifestyles and schedules, and I’m more than happy to make adjustments to my own routine if there are ever any issues or concerns.

I’m a non-smoker, have no pets and am looking for a peaceful, clean and respectful household. My daughter will always stay at her mum’s house, so she won’t be living at the property. I’ll be spending as much of my free time as possible with her at her mum’s.
