Hello hello! 👋

My names Dylain, I’m 30 years old and I’ve recently made the big move from NZ to the Gold Coast about a month or so ago. I’m now on the hunt for a new place to call home (preferably somewhere with aircon because I’m genuinely not sure how I’m going to survive an Australian summer otherwise)

Jokes aside, a little bit about me:

I come from a big family with plenty of brothers and sisters, which has definitely taught me over the years to be considerate and respectful of the people around me. I’m generally quite quiet and tend to keep to myself, so I can be a bit introverted at times which means ya probably won’t see me around too much if I'm going to be honest.

I’m very respectful of other people’s space and privacy, extremely clean and tidy, and always mindful of how my actions might affect those around me. I’m a peaceful relaxed household kind of person rather than someone who’s constantly having people over or making a heap of noise.

As for hobbies, I enjoy reading, writing/programming, gaming, occasionally venturing outside when I remember that sunlight exists, and travelling around to explore new places that Australia has to offer.

What I’m looking for:

> Budget: roughly $350–$450 per week including bills
> A furnished, modern room
> Ideally living with 1–2 other people maximum
> A clean, respectful and relaxed household
> Long term rental 6 months plus required
