I do enjoy going out with friends occasionally but I'm a full time employee so I work majority of the time. Some of my interests include paddle boarding, skating, going adventuring ,dancing, hiking, meditating, swimming, tanning, I like going out (when i can afford to) 😂 Generally I'm an easy going person, not rowdy, dislikes conflict I think I'd be a great roommate for anyone i get the chance to live with 😊
Hi, Im Tak. A student who is female from Asia country. Looking for VERY quiet own room, DISLIKE party house. I respect others, responsible, reliable and very polite person. Looking for my suitable flat, especially very quiet area!!!
We are super fun and entertaining people to be around. We love a good conversation. Both of us are at uni studying full time. One of us is studying Law and the other is studying Psychology. We are both responsible, extremely tidy (almost OCD), and easily to get along with. We also have an adorable husky who loves walks and cuddles and sweet food.
Hello lovely home dwellers! I'm Bec, a friendly Gold Coast local that works full-time. By nature, I'm kind and considerate of others. I believe less is more - belongings that is, so I won't cramp your cool style with clutter. I like to spend time around people that enjoy the 'active living' lifestyle to inspire me to reach a decent, boast-worthy fitness goal or two - but if that's not you, it's ok we can just give each other a 'thumbs up' every time we see the other doing something remotely healthy...like eat a carrot. Most importantly, I adore animals (although I do not have one of my own) so if you have any prepare for them to be spoiled!
So when I told my current landlord/housemate I wanted to move out her response was "What?! No! You can't move out! You're so clean, easy to live with and you do lot's of housework and you're the funniest one in the house!* Please don't! How will we cope?!" *May not have actually been said. Hey there! I'm Alex (wearing the bow tie) and I'm looking to move out of my current place when my lease expires at the end of May to move closer to work. I'm looking for a place around the Broadbeach/Mermaid/Miami/Burleigh/Varsity/Robina areas. I'm pretty new to the area and I'm hoping this will be something I can do to meet friends and not just housemates! I’m happy to share with guys and gals, just after like-minded and respectful people. I work at 25+ hours a week at Dan Murphy's in Miami (So I'll often bring home delicious goods and can let you know of all the sweet deals) and I'm about to complete a Diploma in Human Resources. I love all types of sport and fitness, I don't mind the odd drink to relax of an afternoon and I like to go out and socialize! I like my privacy which means I'll respect yours and I'll also respect and contribute to the house. I look forward to hearing from you and happy to provide any references you're after. Alex
Always will chip in with house work and have respect for other people and their private space and properties. Working full time so paying rent and bills won’t be a hassle. 23 year old single male recently moved to the area looking for a room to rent (:
I need a place as soon as possible I been constantly looking for a place I get $810 a fortnight from Centrelink and I been saving up to move out I do have money to pay for bond and rent and all just giving you noticed I think that's why nobody giving me a chance they think I can't afford it. I have been going at it for 2 weeks straight giving up on Brisbane. I'm already paying $322 a week at a hostel so yeah haha I don't give up that easy. Hello, my name is Shannon I'm polite, friendly, reliable, and easy to get on with :] I’m currently living in Brisbane I’m originally from Newcastle NSW I am currently looking for accommodation a place to rent an apartment in the city or around the city and also looking around the gold coast near trains to go into Brisbane city. That is permanent accommodation so am looking forward to finding a place to stay as soon as possible, As it by myself, a 1 or 2 or 3 bedroom apartment would be suitable. Preferably a place near transportation services (buses, trains, etc). I can pay rent and bond straight up in advance, however, I have not rented before (apart from off of my own mother, as I paid fortnightly to stay in her home). I do not have any rent experience as I never rented before with real estates, property owners nor landlords etc. I move out of home to become independent, meet new friends, socialize also it will be a bonus if you are in the gym as I’m in need of a gym or no gym partner I'm fine with that haha. I need to work out since my goal is to lose weight (as I do have a belly) I currently seek benefits/Centrelink however once I moved into a place I'm willing to look for Part-time work or do something that I’m into. I have a consistent income and can contribute generously and reliably to rent. I'm looking forward to meeting you. Thanks, Shannon :D

Hi there, My name is Elle and I am a female 28 years old and am looking to live with some awesome new housemate/s !! I am moving from Melbourne to the Gold Coast to study a Masters Degree at Bond University in SEPTEMBER. So I need a place that’s not a party house and people/person that is respectful of privacy and space. I am easy going, free spirited, open minded, love the outdoors, time with friends and exercise. I work in childcare currently and also like to be up before the crack of dawn to go to yoga, gym or outdoor fitness. I am sociable and have lived in share houses for the last 4 years and understand the need for respect and privacy. I would like my new house and housemates to feel like I am at home and be apart of a stress free environment that is tidy and respectful so experienced share housers are best :) I am not a party animal and dont wish to live in a party house although im certainly up for a few drinks and celebrations when I can between studies. As mentioned I am pretty busy but also like to feel comfortable with my housemates enough to have a chat when I don’t have my have my head in the books. I current have a house full of furniture in Melbourne and can transport it up to QLD or am flexible to have a furnished room with enough space for a desk and tall boy set of draws. I look forward to speaking with you soon about the possibility of being your new housemate.
I and my wife are from Japan and I am a student. We are looking for an accommodation near my school now. Both of us are tidy, friendly, and quiet. We have never lived with people(share mates)in Australia. Please let us know any information.
I am a professional golfer who is born and bred in Australia, relocating to the Gold Coast from Melbourne. I am 36 years old, very easy to live with as i have a good balance between socialising with flatmate as well as keeping my own space.
I am a non smoker, Originally from the UK, 40 years old professional. Love basketball, boxing, gym being active. Really easy going. Starting a new project and looking to downsize whilst i'm setting it up. Love meeting new people , Internationals etc. I've worked and lived all over the world, good sense of humour and easy to get along with. Looking for minimum 3 months
Other than being what everybody should be while looking for a place like being clean, tidy etc. What separates me is my unqiue personality. I'm highly adaptable to any situation. If you're a person who likes their own space and privacy, I don't mind at all. If you don't mind a chin-wag, I don't mind either. I consider myself to be fair and respectable. What you can expect from me is: responsibility, fairness, understanding, listening, independent and an all-around kind human being. I work for the federal government and need to move closer to work. At the moment, I am traveling a total of 6 hours just to get to and from work and this really needs to change as work is starting to require more of my time. I think we all go on this with the intention to save money in my honest, humble opinion. IDEALLY, I am looking for another FEMALE to live with or team up with. Preferably a teamup arrangement as I have my own fridge, washing machine etc that can be used by you. I have a dog and cannot settle for anything smaller than a 3 bedroom house with a backyard. It is essential he has his own room as well. I am also hoping I can team up with somebody else who also has (1) medium to large sized dog. NO CATS. I am ideally looking for somebody who doesn't mind paying up to $250 per week in rent for at a 3 bedroom house as I don't really think $250 is a lot for rent.
I am a quiet, super clean woman from London, here on a holiday working visa. I work full time and have on my own online business. I enjoy socialising over food with friends, but not a drinker or smoker, nor do I party or bring randoms home. Looking to live with a person/people who are quiet, easy going and tidy as well as not massive drinkers or love to bring people over all the time. I would love to live in a modern, light and airy property with my own bathroom, or a place which has character and is spacious. But happy to share a bathroom if the place is perfect otherwise. I am responsible and respectful, pay my rent on time and like to have a lot of downtime when I am home and work on my online business! I love my own company, which means I am an independent flatmate who wouldn't be in your face all the time, but I really also enjoy a good chat over some food with friends, and my flatmates. Looking to move in on the 19th May for at least 3 months.
Hi I'm Nadine, a professional working full time in Brisbane. I have recently relocated to the Gold Coast to be closer to the beach and enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle. I like to keep fit were I can. Enjoy going to the gym, trying my hand at yoga and exploring the beautiful options of the Gold Coast. I've been doing share-house living for many years and understand the balance of respecting personal space and being social. I'm also extremely clean and great at making a house feel like a home. I'm looking for a share house that is relaxed during the week with the option of being social. It has a really enjoyable environment that is respectful, balanced and free of drama. Ideally my new housemate/s enjoy having the occasional meal/drink and chat when possible. I am looking for a place that is air conditioned and I have my own bathroom where possible. Somewhere that will be fine with my cavoodle Banjo. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi! I'm Michelle, if you have a room available around this date please contact me. I am looking preferably for a long term place, however I am not looking to go on a lease. I am saving to go travelling overseas at the end of next year. I work two jobs, both which I like and generally work around 50 hours per week. I am easy going and like to have a laugh and don't mind hanging out with my housemates but do like my alone time. I don't go out and party that much and when I do I am always respectful in regards to keeping it down when it's late and in general am a respectful housemate and would appreciate it in return. Just a normal, nice person who is easy to live with and looking for a place to live!

I’m 23 years old, i work in retail at Pacific Fair. I am an extremely clean and tidy person, I cook and clean up after myself as well as enjoy cooking for others too! I love time to myself but also like being social with my house mates. I’m reliable and pay my bills on time and need others who are on the same page as me. I enjoy a glass of wine after a hard day as I do work a lot. I love to have a laugh and chat and hopefully could form great friendships! Love my Netflix binge sessions and going to see movies and my (sometimes) take away nights! But in saying that I do eat pretty healthy at the same time.
I work full time plus some hours at home which does require internet so would prefer a place with internet included. I also have my own bedroom furniture so am looking for an unfurnished room. I’m not home much as when I’m not working I’m usually at gym, at the beach or out socialising with friends. I generally keep to myself but always happy to chat.
