Hi everyone, I am ideally looking for a tidy, peaceful, safe and welcoming place to call home :). I like to socialise now and then, random road trips, hikes and movie nights but I also very much value my alone time to recharge, meditating, writing, listening to music or reading. I am not a massive partier and I don't drink however I still like to chill out with friends :). I am looking for like minded people that i can hang out with for movie nights and breakys out but also very much value and respect their and others privacy and alone time. Would love to set up long term if I find the right house and roomies I look forward to meeting the right room mate 😊
Hi all!!! I am a Bond University Post-Graduate student. I love sharing food and love staying spic and span in the accomodation. I love partying. I love sports and working out. I would love to have housemates who are kind of similar.
Hi all. I am looking for somewhere for myself and my dog Indy. I am only looking to live with one or two females around my age (mid 20's to somewhere in the 30's). I only have bedroom furniture and kitchen things. We are currently on the Sunshine Coast but I am planning on relocating as soon as I find a place. Happy to come down when ever it suits to meet up first. About me: I am 33 years old (young 33), I work full time Monday to Friday, I train regularly at the gym and spend a lot of time on the beach and out with friends. I like to be active and am hardly home. I am really clean and tidy and actually like yard work. I am quiet at home but like to be able to be a bit social with house mates when it suits everyone. A wine on a Friday after work is always nice. About the dog: Indy is a 6 year old black lab who has lived both inside and out but I prefer her to be an outside dog. She is quiet and well behaved and friendly. No digging, constant barking, chewing and destroying... She gets on with everyone human and animal and can be easily bribed with all foods. We need at least a small yard space with cover for her. We walk daily and play at night so a huge yard isn't a necessity. She's desexed, registered and vaccinated. Please hit me up if you are keen to meet!
I would love to find a female flatmate to share a unit or house with. I am friendly but also enjoy time on my own. Full time worker and I am out of the house working a fair bit on the weekends.

Hi my name is Imogen, im 25 and am looking for a new home on the Gold Coast to complete my final year of Nursing at Southern Cross University. Im originally from Sydney, and have spent the last 2 years in Byron Bay. Im clean and tidy and have great respect for my own and communal space. I will be out at uni and work a lot of the time, but do enjoy some wines and dinner with housemates in my down time. Up for some fun on the weekends, love socialising and meeting new people.
Hello! My name is Brandon. I am a 25 year old from the U.S. who will be moving to the Gold Coast at the beginning of May to begin graduate studies at Bond University. I'd describe myself as a neat and tidy person who's laid back, easy to get along with, tries to get the most out of life as possible. I'm a fairly social person who enjoys going out for a drink or two on the weekends but also likes having some quiet time and time to just chill. Sports, exploring and adventuring, and going to the gym are a few of the things I also enjoy.
Hello! I'm a super clean 23 year old thats rarely ever home, i work solid 12 hour days most days and have sunday and a day off during the week. I clean up after myself as i use things so theres never any trail of mess. I've got one thing thats making it hard for me to find places to live, Its my beautiful 1 year old Staffy (medium sized female). She gets along very well with any other animal be it dog, cat fish or spider. Also gets along well with people, literally loves anyone. I can find places to live with her but most want her only outside, if you're a dog person you know this isn't possible 24/7. The place i'm at right now shes outside majority of the time and shes not coping the best. Would need to be possible for her to sleep inside more often than not (in my room) and be inside chilling in my room when im at home, she sheds minimal fur and is completely house/ toilet trained. She does chew things she can get her mouth on when noones home. But doesnt destroy things. Let me know if you're keen! Happy to negotiate vacuuming house once a week regularly for her to be inside more often or something like that for a trade of her being inside more often than not!
Hi, I consider myself very easy going, friendly, flexible and a very reliable housemate. I always pay my rent on time and contribute equally with the household chores and expenses. I am currently working at Brisbane but am hoping to find a part time job somewhere on the Gold Coast as I will be starting full time uni from February 26th. I also love animals so I am happy to rent a place with them and I love to cook! In April, I am getting a border collie puppy so I need the house to be pet friendly! I am also VERY open to living more south of the Gold Coast, the listing only permits 20 suburbs and I have chosen the ones closest to Griffith university. Looking to stay for a maximum of 3months. $160 is my absolute maximum if including some bills. Feel free to get in touch!
I run my own business as a Event Producer and Sound Engineer. I am very busy all year round and sometimes away on tour both Nationally and Internationally. Originally from Sydney moved up 2 years ago and love the Gold Coast life style. When I’m home I love dinners out, Surfing, Cycling, Ice Skating and lots of time on the beach. I am a fun and respectful guy to live with and very easy going. Very Independant and always clean up after myself. I would love to hear from you. Kind regards Justin
Hi names Brad, 27 . currently have returned from working away in the oil and gas and now just doing some casual construction work. Enjoy going to the beach and quiet nights in and also the occasional drink here and there, most weekends spent up in Brisbane. Neat and tidy.
Hi all im a brazilian student/worker looking for a private room to move in.
We're easy going, tidy, social and fun. A couple moved over from London, spent the last 2 months travelling so now time to get work. Rob is a civil engineer and Rosie works in marketing for charities. Looking to do all the activities we can-definitly need to learn to surf too. We've lived together in two big houses before and still so close with most of them. Looking for a house that we get on with everyone!
Easy going easy to get along with super clean and respectful. Work full time.
Hey all. 51 year old Aussie bloke. Happily single - no kids - don't smoke - social drink. Secure long term professional job (18 years) Mon to Fri - usually gone by 630am. Lived on GC for 3 years now. Would love to be in Main Beach as my preferred location - ideally would be great to find someone who also wants to live there to start something off but am realistic that this is most unlikely as others have told me these "team ups" rarely occur. Have limited furniture - imagine 1 bedroom flat contents - have been in furnished unit in Broady until moving to where I am now in Palmy for family reasons. Would prefer something with a view of it being longer term and somewhere that's in a safe/secure environment. Have found - to my surprise - that I rather like living in a hi-rise unit and feeling like on holidays each day - that would probably amaze those that know me!! Male/Female sharer - no preference - however not looking to share with any more than 1 other mature adult (if you have children full or part time that's not a big deal). Very flexible with move dates - can stay where I am for any length of time. Only moving to be nearer to work. Need off street secure parking - that's a must - and its a larger car. Me - well I walk - a lot - I love to explore so that's me out and about most weekends. Very cliché I know but I do love the beach. About to buy a bike so looking fwd to many rides. Would love to live in a place with gym access as keen to get back into that - not practical atm sadly. Have always been the household cook - more than happy to prep some meals for more than just me - sometimes. Don't mind Netflix now and again but not really a movie watching type. I don't really know too many ppl on the GC so no worries about stay overs or ppl dropping in all the time with me! 100% not into dramas or people who seem to love everything always being one.
My name is Jess and I work fulltime. In my spare time I'll be either at the gym or with my dog at the beach or park. I like to be active but don't necessarily have to be around people that are as I am happy to keep to myself but also happy to chat and hang out with my housemates. I have a staffy cross dog approx 25kgs. Her name is Jupiter. She's an outside dog during the day but does sleep in my room in her bed at night. Ideally looking for someone who also has a dog for company for her. She's super friendly. I am in the process of buying a house myself but have not found anything at this stage and do not want to be rushed so length of stay can vary but ideally three - six months. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks 😊
I'm extremely OCD when it comes to cleaning! I am very down to earth but I do love to be social also. My work ethic is like no other. I value yours and my own space and down time, but I love to laugh and communicate. I'm the life of the party attitude with out the party lol I am very business focused and have drive for success. I love travelling and being more than normality. I'm a go getter but also very reserved. I can make friends no matter what situation I'm definitely a amazing person to live with.
