Hi, I’m Dan, 45, and I’m looking for a comfortable place to call home around Redcliffe, Clontarf, Kippa-Ring or the surrounding area.

I work locally and I’m clean, tidy, respectful and pretty independent. I enjoy having my own space, but I’m also sociable and happy to have a chat, share a drink or occasionally have a meal together. I’m well past the party-house stage of life and I’m looking for somewhere relaxed, friendly and settled.

Outside work I’m into fishing, cycling, cooking and music. I’m very comfortable around animals and particularly love dogs.

I’m looking for somewhere I can treat as a proper home rather than just somewhere to sleep. I’m respectful of other people’s space and belongings, pay my way reliably and like to keep the place clean and looked after.
