Hi everyone, I am urgently looking for accommodation with a move-in date as soon as possible (must be settled by the 27th).

My budget is up to $400 a week, and I have a stable, guaranteed income. I am ready to move quickly and can pay rent fortnightly in advance once an inspection is complete.

I am open to a few different living arrangements:

• A private studio apartment, granny flat, or a backhouse / battle-axe house

• A room in a share house (Ideally sharing with just one other person/female flatmate to maintain a quiet, clean, and balanced household)

About me: I am exceptionally clean, quiet, and deeply respect privacy. I appreciate a peaceful, tidy, and calm living environment.

I need a place close to public transport (within walking distance to a train station) specifically in any of these connected areas:

• Homebush / Auburn / Berala / Regents Park

• Granville / Clyde / Harris Park / Merrylands / Parramatta
