Looking to share with only one other person in a peaceful clean newish home.

You:
o Owner of the house
o Full time worker (out of house) or away travelling
o Passionate about maintaining your home and would appreciate the extra help😊
o Like your home to be a restful recharge oasis
o Not a chatter box 😉
o Spare undercover car spot
o No inside pets (I love them but allergic)

Me:
o Prior teacher now studying full time
o Studying: healthy buildings and low tox living (i.e. water ingress prevention and humidity management, air quality, air cons, dust mites, low fragrance, low chemical, low vocs where possible etc) for better human and building health
o Super clean and dedicated to sharing all the home chores: cleaning, lawns, gardening, bins, pool etc
o I enjoy: walking, light gardening, cooking, writing/reading, card/board games, the beach
o Early to bed, later to rise
o Great security guard 😉 as I am often at home if not out for walks or errands.
o I am friendly and enjoy a laugh, though usually do my own thing. I also usually socialise outside house. Happy to have a fortnightly/monthly bbq though if we align.
o Non smoker, non drinker, no kids, no pets.
