Hi, I’m Bruce!

I’m a mature, friendly and easygoing singer-songwriter who also works in home renovations and maintenance. I’ve had a pretty interesting life, including many years working as a linguist in remote Aboriginal communities in northern Australia.

I’m independent, considerate and enjoy good conversation, but I also value peace, privacy and a relaxed home environment. I’m clean, tidy, practical around the house and respectful of other people’s space.

I have a lovely six-year-old son, Oliver, who stays with me three nights a week. We share a bedroom, so we’re only looking for one room. He’s a happy, curious and well-behaved little fellow, and we’re both accustomed to shared living.

I’m looking for a welcoming, stable home, ideally around Safety Bay, Shoalwater or Rockingham, preferably close to the beach. I’m happy sharing with people of any age or gender, provided the household is friendly, peaceful and child-friendly.

My budget is up to $350 per week including bills, and I’m looking to move in from 20 October.
