Looking for potential housemates to secure a 12 month lease on a house with.

Ideally it would be long-term ongoing.
Budget for the house is $700-850/week and sharing with myself, my partner and one other housemate, so roughly $200/week each.

I'm currently working part-time and studying. I enjoy cars, art, music, gardening and nature :)
I am vegan so vegan/vegetarian housemates would be nice but not required at all.
I enjoy a clean and organised household.
We are both mostly introverted but happy to chat and socialise some of the time :)
