Hi I’m Sophie and I’m a 40 year old working professional. I am looking for someone to sign a lease with around the start of next year. I currently live in parramatta but my mortgage is waaay too expensive so I need to move out for at least a year. I have joint custody of a small dog so you need to be ok I may have a dog at the house sometimes (about once a month for 4-5 days), but it will always be when I’m at home.
I work remotely from home. It would be ideal to sign a lease or move in with someone who works from an office, so we aren’t in each others space all day… ideally looking for a 2 bed 2 bath to share with one other female 30-50 yrs old . I have furniture but can also rent out my place furnished so you can bring your furniture - it’s flexible. I travel 3-4 months a year so there will be extended periods you get the flat to yourself.
Open to renting in all areas mentioned, happy to try and save as much on rent as possible but still ok to spend up to 400 per week + bills. Thanks!
