I've lived in various parts of the world and have recently returned home to Australia. Over the years, I've been both a landlord and a tenant, so I completely understand how to look after a place and respect a property. I'm currently in the process of selling a property in Europe, so I am financially stable and happy to pay 1-3 months of rent completely up front for the right place. I grew up on a dairy farm and I'm an electrician by trade.
Depending on how things go, I would be open to staying longer.
I'd like to live around someone like-minded who enjoys a chat but also values their own space. I tend to gel with nearly everyone and appreciate a quiet, clean environment.
