Co-lease in Northern Coastal, or Mundaring Area. — seeking female co-tenant(s)

Hi, I’m Clark, a mature age psychotherapist, (not 99:) returning to Australia at the end of 2026. I’m looking to co-lease a [3/4]-bedroom home in Northern Coastal, or Mundaring Area, (hopefully with some land if its Mundaring Area). With one or two other people. Everyone will be on the lease.

I’m specifically seeking a female co-tenant because I’m prioritising a calm, clean and respectful household. I’ve had previous share-house experiences involving heavy drinking, drug use, aggression and mess, and I want a stable, comfortable home for everyone living there.

About me: [clean/tidy, quiet, working standard hours, non-smoker, non drinker, vegan.] Easy going, likes a good laugh, I like being out in nature, I have a decent sense of humour.
The place: [I prefer a bigger house, so we can all have our space when we need it and not be tripping over each other, but can also socialise when we want]. I would rather pay for a decent place, than just a place to crash. I am fine to pay up to $600 a week, but would prefer less of course.
