At this stage I would be looking for a place with flexible terms for the duration of my stay. The reason for this I am hoping to buy somewhere in the near future. On street parking is ok, however I do have a motorbike and tools etc that would need to be in a locked garage.
I am looking for a sociable place with a little bit of atmosphere but definitely not a party house.
