We are two guys (in our 30s) looking for another easy going guy to share the town house.
It's 3 bedrooms upstairs with living areas downstairs.
The available bedroom has a single bed, study table and chair, bedside table and built in wardrobe.
Good location close to shops, gyms, cafes, and public transport.
We've had good experiences living with mature PhD and Masters students and FIFO workers so that's our preference, but will be happy living with anyone that's clean, quiet, and respectful.
Prefer minimum stay of at least 6 months, but will consider shorter stays.
Looking for a new housemate that can move in on 13/14 May.
