A beautiful studio apartment nestled amongst a rainforest of trees with glimpses of the Terranora Creek.

The studio is located underneath the main house with you're own separate entrance and is adjacent to a shared courtyard. The studio is furnished (apart from bedding and towels) and comes with a kitchenette (incl. fridge, stove, microwave and small portable oven), bathroom, and laundry. There is also a large herb garden on the property. The rent includes WiFi, Water and Electricity.

The property is a short walk to the Terranora Creek and the “Oyster Track”, where you can ride your e-bike all the way to the beach. We’re a 15-minute drive to Kirra, Coolangatta, and Snapper Rocks, with plenty of local shops and cafés nearby for your essentials.

About us, we're a professional couple in our mid 30s who enjoy the beach, surfing, yoga topped with delicious wine and food. We also have a very friendly cat named Saffie. We are usually early risers during the week with work, surfing, ocean swimming or yoga classes and are in bed early too.

We’re looking for someone easygoing, clean, and respectful who'd enjoy a chat over a glass of wine now and then.

Sadly, as the property isn’t fenced and we already have a pet, we can’t accommodate any additional animals.

The rent includes WiFi (Starlink), water, and electricity. We also have a big herb garden you’re welcome to use
