No laundry but can use main house one, once per week.

Unit has its own entrance

Car parking is on the street outside the house

No pets

Main house has 2 occupants, 1 adult and 1 child.

Ideally suits one person but will consider a couple

Suitable for someone relocating while look for a permanent place, in between places, overseas working holidayers or short term work placement etc

Quiet people only and must be working full time (mostly day hours)
