I would like someone to help/assist with me around the property. 3 x1/2 days on flexible afternoons, 2pm/3pm start. (7.5 hours total. ’Kind of equivalent to the minimum wage’). Hence no monetary payment is required for staying each week. Except Initially a $300 bond (fully refundable if AOK) and a $300 hire fee for the many items (fully refundable, if AOK - 3 weeks' notice please) and 2x half day's help in advance, accumulated in the initial 2 weeks of entry. They may be used/adjusted/regained later for either consistent poor weather or to allow the necessary free time you may need just before you intend to leave, or you or I need a short break.

This is a small 2 Room Granny Flat independently locked with separate electricity in Mowbray. (1 lounge/dining and kitchenette and 1 bedroom with en-suite). It is fully furnished and 'pretty well fully equipped' - almost everything. E.g. Microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, cutlery, utensils, pans, air fryer, pressure cooker, electric fry pan, refrigerator, 2 plates cook top, glasses, plates, mugs, bedding, electric blanket, plus a shared oven and a shared laundry that includes a shared washing machine and dryer. Also, all bedding is provided, if needed. Also, all curtains and blinds. Overall, it is 'more than fully Self-contained'.

Close to Tas Mowbray Uni Mowbray/Maritime College and the Mowbray Shopping Centre's. Buses/shops/supermarkets/restaurants/bank/chemists/ all 5-10 min walk.

Best suited to a part-time student with at least 3/4 flexible free afternoons per week. or someone only working a few part time days. Or maybe someone who is retired/semi-retired, or someone who is maybe looking for some part time work. You will need to have at least 3 free afternoons. If you may be regularly 'busy' or may become 'busy' please do not apply. (However, you may 'build credit' for 'some random occasions' and 'consistent' poor weather).
No dogs please as I have 2 scaredy cats - one is a feral but after 4 years, is now considered a 'house feral'. I love animals that are 'truly free'. (Your Cat - negotiable if they pass some kind of unknown 'Cat based Trial' before rental).

Shared wireless unlimited internet. (At the moment 50% of $93.00 = $46.50 - required, used or otherwise).
Can you bend down to work at ground level, climb a ladder; walk on a roof, use power tools or are you willing to learn to do these tasks?
Please note – there is no real room for any more than a 'carload of stuff'. So, no new furniture, (negotiable) as the flat is pretty well full. I would expect it to finally remain cleaned/self-contained as it already is, for the next tenant
Please think of this as a bit like a share house even though it is not. I live in separate premises, attached only a few meters away. So, a friendly/welcoming neighbor would be greatly appreciated/expected.
Negotiable access for occasional Granny Flat updates/maintenance as needed.
