The Tiny House is compact but there is everything you need in this home-away-from-home. Ideally suited to a single occupant looking to enjoy some peace and quiet, fresh air and the beautiful Australian bush. Escape the hustle and bustle of city life but enjoy the convenience of proximity to Midland (10 minute drive), the airport (20 mins) or Perth CBD (35 mins drive).

NB: The Tiny House is situated on a steep half acre block shared with the family home. Only quiet, respectful applicants who are child and dog friendly and with references will be considered.
There is limited storage space (remember Tiny House!)
Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

$450/wk fully furnished and inclusive of bills (water, power, gas, Wi-Fi). Just bring your suitcase!
Bond of two weeks rent ($900)

Minimum 3 months lease with view to extend. Long term lease preferred.
