Kitchenette/laundry with plenty of storage and benchtop space - including use of washing machine and fridge. Two outdoor balcony/patio spaces are also for your exclusive use.

One off-street carpark.

Both rooms have ocean views, large windows and screens.
Choose how you want to configure - sleep in one room - set up the other as a living room.
Your space has its own seperate entry. The only shared facility is the laundry.

I expect you to appreciate my privacy, as I will respect yours, and the upstairs space is exclusively for my use, as the downstairs is for yours -except for using the laundry.

There is ample storage in the Granny flat. There is also an area under the house for storage/gym area, but this is not weatherproof.

I run a 7-day-a-week business, so I am fairly busy. I do most of the business admin at home. Ideally, looking for a quiet, environmentally conscious, mature person who is working full-time and not working from home. I could be open to a couple, but the rent would be $475
