The granny flat is private and comfortable, with an open-plan living, seperate bedroom with plenty of storage, a brand new bathroom, and a kitchenette. Please note, this is not a full kitchen - it’s suitable for simple, everyday cooking rather than larger meal prep.

The property itself is incredible, with lots of birdlife and a relaxed rural feel. While it feels tucked away, it’s still an easy drive to Tewantin and Eumundi (10 mins) and Noosa (17 mins).

This rental would be best suited to a single female who values calm surroundings and will respect the space and setting. If you’re after something simple, peaceful and a bit different from standard rentals, this could be a good fit.

Unit has its own seperate laundry and split system in both the bedroom and lounge room.

I will be living in the front house. I’m a 38 year old female and would love to have someone in the granny flat who I can be friendly with.
