The Granny flat is just 3 years old, 2 bedrooms with great floor plan, it’s in my backyard not close to any neighbors, very cosy, quiet and bright. There is a decking porch in front door with roof, it’s great sitting outside relaxing.
The main property is very well located, it’s walking distance to forestway shopping center, there are direct bus lines to the city and Chatswood nearby, all within 30 minutes. Within 15 minutes by car, you can get to many beautiful beaches and lakes.
I have a husky dog, it will be the best if you are a dog lover, because he sometimes will visit you.
Couples or friends are preferred, if you are single, you can find a room mate as well.
