The female tenants living in the front house request that we rent only to a non‑smoking female tenant. Therefore, we will only consider applicants who are 100% non‑smoking, non‑vaping, and non‑drug‑using single female tenant.

The granny flat has its own private entrance and a small, low‑maintenance, fully fenced backyard—your own little private space.
