It is only 10 mins drive to both deakin and monash (clayton) university! 5 mins drive to mount waverley train station and 10min walk to bus stops on blackburn road, high street road and stephensons road. There are few gyms close by, a local park 5 mins walk from home with tennis courts! $150 per week includes all the bills and UNLIMITED WIFI is provided. NB: We have 3 dogs in the house, so I really hope you don't mind the dogs, please love them, because they would be running around in the garden and the drive way, or maybe welcome you home sometimes too.
