There's currently a room available in this bungalow located at mount waverley. There are 2 rooms in the granny flat, one is already taken by a university student, and another one would be available at the start of september. Street parking is available. This granny flat is in our property but behind our house, so you don't live with my family, instead you have your own kitchen, bathroom and livingroom in the bungalow. It is only 10 mins drive to both deakin and monash (clayton) university! 5 mins drive to mount waverley train station and 10min walk to bus stops on blackburn road, high street road and stephensons road. There are few gyms close by, a local park 5 mins walk from home with tennis courts! $150 per week includes all the bills and UNLIMITED WIFI is provided. NB: We have 3 dogs in the house, so I really hope you don't mind the dogs, please love them, because they would be running around in the garden and the drive way, or maybe welcome you home sometimes too. Another room is taken by a male tenant at the moment.
