Unit is peaceful and breezy and everyone always says they feel relaxed and happy when they walk in and flop on the lounge. Kitchen and living area opens up to two verandahs looking out towards trees of the Barolin Nature Reserve. Family kitchen is available to use, with all appliances…including a coffee machine.
Bedroom with queen size bed and built in wardrobe, bathroom a few steps away.
Bathroom is shared with my 16yr old son. Respectful, quiet and well mannered.
Internet included. As well as access to tv with streaming subscriptions. On the third floor, so you need to be able to handle stairs. No designated carpark, but plenty of room for parking.
Pool in complex, and shared community herb garden. Walk about 300 meters to beach and coffee shop.

About the flatmates
Busy, working couple, with teenage son at home. Have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on the top floor of a lovely complex, walking distance from the beach. Lots of plants, lovely breeze and bird song throughout the day. Enjoy walks, swimming, reading, coffee, wine and time out with friends.
