I have a large room built into the end of my shed, portable ac if required. Some furniture available if required. You will need to use the bathroom and kitchen in the house. I am not pedantic about cleaning but just tidy after yourself and be respectful. I have room for a caravan if you have one and would prefer to use that. I am flexible with the living arrangements and open to questions. The house is big with 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms so if we can all be respectful we can share the space inside as well. 20min drive Grafton or maclean, 40min to Yamba. Pets are allowed.
