About the flatmates

I am single, mature retired lady who keeps a clean and tidy home. I have no pets of my own but take dogs for boarding on occasion.
I do not intrude and your privacy is assured although I am happy to socialise when convenient. You have your own entrance and under cover pergola where you can sit with table and chairs.
The house is quiet with the odd visitor and my neighbourhood is wonderful.
I like a social drink and like to cook nice meals.
Otherwise, pretty normal lifestyle.
