Girards Hill, NSW

This cute 100-year-old wooden cottage faces northeast and is situated on a hill to enjoy the breeze, night views, and sunrises A short walk to local shops, Aldi, the CBD, the University, and local restaurants, art galleries, and bars. Only a 30-minute drive to the beaches at Ballina or a 40-minute drive to Byron.
The house has 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen with gas cooking and two bathrooms. One is an outdoor bathroom. Perfect for people who enjoy fresh air and the outdoors. There are lots of trees and birds around the house. It is a little nature reserve in surburbia. The garden is small but has a sitting area, native trees, some fruit trees, and culinary herbs growing.

The house has Netflix, the internet, nice views, and cool afternoons in Summer.
The room on offer is 4m x 4m and has a large private window and French doors that open out to the front veranda. The room comes with a ceiling fan and polished wooden floors and features the original wooden windows with green bubble glass.

We will share the bathroom upstairs and there is a second bathroom downstairs as well as needed.

I'm sorry but no pets as i am allergic to dog and cat hair and we have no fences. Fish are ok. :)

Parking is out the front of the house off the road. The local bus comes past the house. It is a quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors.
