About the flatmates
I am a retired, world travelled lady who wishes to rent out a cream coloured carpeted bedroom with built in wardrobe. You will have your bathroom and separate toilet right next to the bedroom and can even convert the laundry/ garage to a kitchenette. You will need to be a quiet, neat and clean person. No smokers or drugs allowed. No pets, no partners, no children. I require a person who will take pride in the home because this is a beautiful home with a beautiful flowering garden on the water.
