You can get a good night's sleep here! Our adjacent neighbours don't have dogs and are quiet. Sorry no pets taken in because we don’t want to rock the boat!
The kitchen is large and well equipped.. You have your own fridge and pantry .For high odour cooking, an outside, sheltered and illuminated alternative cooking facility is available.
The formal lounge is seldom used and has a TV and very comfortable settee that you are welcome to use.

We offer a free washing service - twice per week.

Eric, my long term partner and I are a great team.
Recently,we left our double story house after 20 years
to move to a smaller residence. But in that time, we gained valuable experience in caring for Air BnB guests, of extending hospitality and providing comfort. It is our pleasure to treat guests with respect and dignity!
We are young at heart retirees who pursue health as a hobby.
Every day we walk in the large park, entry to which, is at the bottom of the street. We have a sheltered 🏓 table tennis table! There is a spare bicycle here that our guest is welcome to borrow for trips to shops and beach. Last year a student cycled to Bond Uni 6 days a week - now we’re talking!
