About the property
My house is spacious and the room private and airy. My space is on the opposite side of the house & we share kitchen and dining, verandah and out door areas. There is always a friendly animal to greet you and if you like animals you will be happy here. They are all well behaved and come with their own personalities. Previous flatmates have enjoyed a lot of space as I am usually out or working outdoors on the property most of the day.

About the flatmates
I am a 62 year old & I work in disability as well as have a Somatic Experiencing trauma therapy practice, which includes my horses for equine & nature based therapy. I love my garden and growing vegetables, flowers and trees. I enjoy riding & going on day rides with a couple of horses at times. Im a non smoker & generally value good health. I have a nice community of friends in Kyogle and have lived here just under 10 years. I originally emigrated from the US, 28 years ago. In my previous career I worked and traveled as an artist and I still Love art, my home reflects this. I have 2 dogs, 1 is a small young happy dog, the other is a senior Dingo who is very sweet and sleeps most of the day. They both enjoy a good routine of morning & evening walks and feeds. I am only looking for 1 flatmate or 1 short term couple.
