It is an architect designed 2 storey old Queenslander heritage style home... with verandah decks on all 4 sides. The home is being shared with workers. The senior male owner enjoys his semi-retirement and lives independently upstairs. He is frequently away on business.

Semi Retirement

I am a senior professional gentleman, who lives alone in a 5 bedroom home.
My life is very active with my computer training business, specialising in One on One coaching all over S.E.Queensland. This life style which I love, takes me away from home.
So - my house sharing flatmate must be honest & reliable.
Having lived in this lovely modern high-set architect designed heritage style for 20 years, I now am sharing the comforts with others.
It has 3 bedrooms upstairs, one I use as my study.

Some facilities downstairs are shared, such as the laundry, and car accommodation.
The housemates in the self contained granny flat live quite independently to those upstairs.
