I have 1 small semi-furnished and 1 really large room; unfurnished room available January 30th but welcome to viewings prior to this date.
The small room has a single bed and built in cupboard and the large room has a cupboard.
There are currently 2 other ladies living in the house and a gorgeous, well behaved and sociable dog.
The house is in a lovely, quiet area in Middle Ridge across from a beautiful park and close to The Ridge shopping centre with friendly neighbours.
I live on my farm and use the office in the house occasionally.
The small room is $280.00 per week and the large room is $320 per week and includes power, water and internet. USQ, Kmart, Coles, Hervey Norman and other popular retailers within walking distance.
Looking for female housemates only as I currently have 3 other females in the house. The house is 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, large lounge room, open plan kitchen/dining and a yard.
Washing machine, fridge, kitchen utensils, pots and pans are provided and shared by housemates.
