There are two rooms available, so two people can be considered—one person per room.
One is a large master semi-ensuite with a massive wardrobe and a lockable bedroom door, plus one garage space.
The second room also has a queen bed, and while not as large as the master, it is still spacious and comfortable.
All rooms have reverse-cycle air-conditioning, though this doesn’t mean having the AC running non-stop or washing daily—just asking for a bit of consideration, please.
The house is tidy, spacious, cosy, and in a great location—very close to Curtin, with the frequent free Curtin bus just a stone’s throw away. Shops and public transport are also nearby. The occupants are friendly and easy to get along with.
Bills are included in the rent, along with unlimited internet for those who study, work online, or just love to surf.
It’s a great, spacious house, and your room—along with the entire home—is clean and well maintained.
Photos of your bathroom and rooms are downstairs, and we also have photos of the common areas (laundry, kitchen). There is plenty of storage throughout the house (but not for hoarding).
Feel free to message if you need clarification or have any questions. You’re also welcome to come by for a chat when it suits us both.

Tell us a bit about you—what you do or what you plan to do—just so we can create a rapport.
We’re pleasant, easy-going people. We don’t mind occasional interaction and laughs, and if you’re the very serious type, that’s okay too. We might only meet in passing in the hallway or kitchen, as we have our private living area upstairs, so you’ll still get plenty of space. But please don’t be too serious—this isn’t a serious house 😊.
We cook dinner most nights, and if you’d like to be part of our meals, we’re more than happy to count you in. In fact, most past housemates have enjoyed joining us for dinner. You’re free to prepare your other meals yourself.
(We strictly don’t encourage eating in the rooms—there’s a large, comfortable dining table for that.)
Downstairs will mostly be yours, except for the kitchen, laundry, and garage which are shared. There are two TV rooms, so you can use the downstairs one if you like watching TV; otherwise, I use it too.
We don’t drink or smoke, so strictly no smokers, but very occasional drinkers may be considered.
Not keen on couples or room-sharing, so just one person per room, please.
All bills are included, plus standard unlimited internet. However, we do prefer someone who is conscious of rising living costs and is willing to help keep bills low—especially heating and cooling. Otherwise, we’re happy to renegotiate higher if needed.
We are a tidy household and prefer someone who observes a good standard of cleanliness, especially in the common areas—this is top priority. Even though the toilet will be yours, it’s still part of the house, so please keep the toilet bowl and floor clean to keep the floors tidy and odour-free.
(Also… please try to make your bed and keep your room reasonably tidy 😊.)
We get a fortnightly cleaning service, but in between, we all keep the house clean ourselves. On cleaning days, rooms must be left tidy so the cleaner can navigate. Her job isn’t to make your bed!
Cleanliness, cleanliness, cleanliness.
If you are untidy and do not maintain cleanliness, please—PLEASE—do not text at all. Untidiness will make us unhappy.
Rules 1–10 are: keep the house clean and organised.
Other concerns are negotiable, but not cleanliness and not house security.
Main doors must be kept locked at all times. This is a shared responsibility and an individual one whenever you leave or enter the house.
Rooms are available. Temporary stays can be considered—around a month or so while you settle in—subject to renegotiation. Just let me know in advance if you feel the vibe fits you or if you’d like to extend your stay.
