About the flatmates
Hi. I am Simon and the Landlord of a 4+2 fully furnished house for rent for working single or couple interested to rent the room. I am retired and I am a FIFO guy most of the time visiting places and families overseas once in a while and like traveling. I am not staying in the house but only occupied a small section. Currently I have one furnished Masteroom with a large Queen bed with ensuite attached at 400 for single and 450 for couple with bill included and another single room is available on 24/01/26 at 280 bill included with shared bathroom. Currently One single room is rented by a Kiwi working guy age 50+ and another single room to a Kenyan guy who is vacating the room on 24/01/26. One double room is rented to a UK working couple on holiday age 26 &25. They are all friendly, sociable and doesn't smoke. They prefer preparing their own food and values a peaceful and harmonious environment. They are clean,tidy and respectful of privacy. Please leave a massage if you are interested. Cheers.
