I am looking for a second housemate for my house in North Perth.
The guest bedroom and ensuite bathroom are upstairs, adjacent a second living area. It’s a 1 minute walk to the closest bus stop on Charles St which will take you to the city, and a 5 min walk to the local shopping centre.
$400/week will include bills and internet. Would prefer 30+, non smokers. No couples please.
A little about me - 40, architect, love my own space but can also be very social.
Also sharing is Cas (34, female) and her wee dachshund Peach (8, also female).
