Large solid brick house in centre of Stawell. Has garage gym and great kitchen for shared meals. Rent includes share of energy bills but does not include any food or grocery costs. However if unemployed I will consider buying food myself until you get some part time work.

As this is an older build all bedrooms have individual privacy locks on door. The locks are all keyed same and common .

Basic house rules, drinking and eating in bedroom not encouraged, particularly alcohol. Moderation with company in common areas is fine.

Tennant's not to engage in any unlawful activities either within property or in wider community.

If not at work it's a better option to chill at home rather than walking local streets looking about.
