About the property
The property is a fun, funky home, a stroll through the park to Tallow Beach and two blocks to Suffolk shops, bakery, cafes and pub. We are respectful and there is plenty of space to get away from the world.
If you love nature and indoor/outdoor living, sleeping with the sound of the waves and waking to the sound of bird calls from the canopy above your abode, your dream home awaits. We enjoy clean, thoughtful spaces and people. It is not a party house and there is no smoking on the property. There is the possibility of a music jam, or opportunity to chill, cook and play with fellow housemates. We value clear communications and authenticity. If you are emotionally mature and are willing to have conversations (yes, even the hard ones, we welcome you.)
The Bus opens onto a large shared annex in the rear garden of the property. $350 single $400 couple. Quiet, respectful applicants only.
The annex room is attached to the other side of the bus. $300/single add $50 for couple
There is the possibility to open the bus to the annex to make extended living for a small family. Price can be negotiated for a family.
