Short Term Rental / Home-Stay only - Older style Resort Unit in a Nature Reserve, on the edge of Maroochydore, nearly on the Maroochy River, on a tidal 'lake', yet on the edge of the Hinterland, 1/2 way between Caloundra and Noosa.
Still renovating after a small appliance fire, temporary door issues and the junk is slowly being cleared away. This is reflected in the low weekly Rental Fee.
Bus stop is directly out front, 12 min to Maroochydore Station.
Cycle to end of Aerodrome Rd/start of Alex in 30min.
Hotel, Restaurant and Bottle Shop out front.

You keep your master bedroom and what you use in bathroom clean and neat.
I (OCD) do the most of the rest....everything (almost) is negotiable.
I do not do phone calls easily, and What's App is preferred messaging platform.
Food / groceries costs shared, all other stuff to be discussed.
I hope you like Asian cuisine, experimental foods and our huge World Pantry.

** Short / Medium ** term only(emergency also). 1 week, one - 2 month, or longer if my OCD accepts you.
You should not be sleeping out rough or paying another persons Mortgage.
PS...If I am not here, Doctordv8 is probably busy Hosting / Couchsurfing some folk... so perhaps try there. Ask the right questions.
Main Queen Bedroom / homestay offered, 1/2 the hanging & 1/2 the draws.
This is a by *your* consent a nudist friendly home.
Post fire clean up ongoing, but bedroom door is a problem atm(to be sorted very soon), .... but Homestayers/Renters, Guests and 300+ Couchsurfers have slept like babies quite safely & ok.
Bathroom shared, both doors are good. Has all the usual bells and whistles.
Couchsurfers will have the Fold Out in Lounge Room during your stay(male guests only with your consent).
Singles$100 per week (includes bills -- not food), we do a shared; shop and or meals and or cooking.
