Short Term Rental / Homestay only - Older style Resort styled Unit in a Nature Reserve, on the edge of Maroochydore, nearly on the Maroochy River, on a tidal lake, yet on the edge of the Hinterland, 1/2 way between Caloundra and Noosa.
Still renovating after a small appliance fire, temporary door issues and the junk is slowly being cleared away. This is reflected in the low fee.
Bus stop is directly out front, 12 min to Maroochydore Station.
Cycle to end of Aerodrome Rd/start of Alex in 30min.
Hotel Restaurant and Bottle Shop out front.

You should not be sleeping out rough. Ask...always just ask for help.
Main queen-bed room offered, 1/2 the hanging & 1/2 the draws. This is a by consent a nudist / friendly home.
Minimal privacy - post fire clean up ongoing - your room/space, but room door is a problem at night atm(to be sorted soon), .... but Renters, guests and 300+ Couchsurfers have slept like babies quite safely & ok.
Bathroom shared, both doors are good. Has all the usual bells and whistles.
Couchsurfers will have the fold out in Lounge Room during your stay.
Singles$100 per week (includes bills-not food), we can do a shared shop and or meals and or cooking.
Couples from $150 per week (includes bills-not food), we can do a shared shop and or meals and or cooking.
