Looking for a Roommate/ mates to occupy the main section. I will have access for required cleaning, maintenance and light usage. The property shares a roof with another section of the house I will occupy with a separate entrance. This property has been appointed well as it was an air bnb, it’s a great lifestyle experience as well as a beautiful humble home immersed in the hinterland with views all round and sheep in the paddock, infrared sauna, dam and a nice hike into town. The property hosts veggie gardens and multiple fruit trees planted last season.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed with built in wardrobe and is $500 pw. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds at $400 pw. There is one shared bathroom with another outdoor shower. Pets may be welcome though it would be on unique basis.
