About the flatmates
I am a 56 year old Filipina Australian full-time poet who has lived in the unit since mid-2001 and I would like to have a flatmate since some had lived here before. My 1 year and 9 month old shmoodle Benji is a bundle of joy and sleeps a lot and he is friendly with everyone.
At one end of the road is Lady Robinson Beach on Botany Bay and there's a newly landscaped area to explore if you walk the other way. The cafes, restaurants, Coles supermarket, hair and nail salons, etc. as well as Rockdale Plaza is a walk away.
There are buses that can take you to Rockdale station, the city, and Miranda. If you have a car then it takes around 24 minutes to drive from here to Town Hall.
I love living here and you will too especially when walking with Benji and socialising nearby.
