I am sharing the master bedroom which is a huge sized, air conditioned and with its own ensuite setup. Bigger than a studio on its own- then rest of the living area downstairs is shared. Rent may vary based on short/long term stay.
15 mins walk from a metro station makes the commute a breeze.
Downstairs is shared living and kitchen area. You are the only person, no other shared occupants except me and my kids. Yes it will be noisy when kids are here (part time) but the master bedroom is secluded. I want someone who can be friendly with my kids. This is a non negotiable to be able to create a vibe of a family friend.
