⭐56 yr old woman, Anna - (cook slander)
She is my mother who mainly stays home and looks after my dog. She is friendly and caring who is always up for a chat, but mainly stays in her room chilling. She takes care of cleaning the home. She cooks for everyone from time to time. At the moment she's trying to cook and sell traditional foods to help get some income.

⭐52 yr old woman, Mia - ( Cambodian)
She is also renting out a room for more than 2yrs so I consider her family. She works locally during the week, but is out most days only popping in to relax or eat between her jobs. Though she is small, she is a strong woman who enjoys building things and fixing her car. She is friendly too, and loves a good laugh. She likes gardening, playing sports such as ping pong and tennis. She also enjoys cooking/bringing food for everyone.

⭐32 yr old woman, T. ( Fijian / cookislander)
This is me who is renting this home and advertising the room. I've been living here over 3 years and honestly hate moving so I have decided to rent a room out to help me financially. I work 2 jobs day/night, weekends and weekdays so you won't see me home much. I'm pretty mellow, I like to talk too, if the opportunity arises. Mia and I occasionally go to the gym together where we also swim.

🐶9yr old, male dog , Leo - (American staffy)
I got him 2 years ago at a shelter and he is the most loving and quiet dog I have ever had. He mainly stays inside the house, only going outside to do his business, chew on bones or eat. He RARELY barks, I've only heard him bark maybe 10 times. Problem is he LOVES to taste everything, so he will almost always lick you, which can get annoying (I'm still working on this behavior). If I'm out, he normally stays in my room awaiting my return. Other than that, he loves people but not so much other dogs and definitely not cats. I usually take him for car rides or walks when I get the chance.

- no outside shoes in the house (we either are barefoot or have indoor slippers, I can supply them for you) if your ducking in quick that’s fine
- keep noise at a respectful level (after 9pm) if you do work early hrs or late night, I totally understand and that you may make some noise but PLEASE do not make unnecessary noise, (slamming doors, walking heavy footed in the house, washing plates and what not in the middle of the night)
- respect everyone's privacy
- communication. If something is not right be free to speak up, we all deserve to live happily, including you.
- clean up after yourself (kitchen, bathroom, etc)
- respectful to everyone, including Leo
- no hats inside please, if you ducking in quick that's fine
- no eating in rooms as this can cause cockroaches to breed , however liquids are fine
- due to mia having a sensitive nose I don't allow smokers

Overall, we are very respectful of each others privacy. However we do like to go out as a family and bond. Or just hang out in the dining area where we catch up with each others lives and anything important happening. We also try to enjoy meals together and occasionally play RUMMY ( great game !) and even card games.

If there's any issues or problems within the household whether it's something that you have done, or even someone else in the home, I always like to try and talk it out and to find a resolution.
