Hi... I'm Guen, a single mum with a 7-year-old girl. We are looking for roomies to share our 1 extra master bedroom. The room is a twin bed, has 2 king single beds. Fully furnished. Ready to move in. Ideal for girl friends out there or female couple for $250 per person, bills included. Ideal for girl friends staying together.
We love a mate who likes a clean and tidy place. Friendly and family-oriented. I go to office 4 days a week and 1 day WFH. My kid also spends time with her dad every weekend. So most of the time you're home by yourself.
I'm an outdoor person and love bushwalks, waves & beach on sunny weekends.
