About the property
This is place is as close to paradise as it gets! Right on the beach, the apartment has its own little pathway down to the sand and a shower in the backyard. Backyard is communal and has a shared BBQ too. All the neighbours are so friendly! There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and shared bathroom (which is kept nice and clean!). You’ll get full ocean views from the living room/kitchen and ocean/park views from the bedroom. There is a shared laundry room however the apartment has its own washer and dryer.
Only a 5 minute walk to the B-line bus stop which takes you into Wynyard or the 199 which takes you into Manly! Additionally, 5 minute walk to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and pharmacies!

About the flatmates
Hello! I’m 28 and I’m going to be travelling overseas for 4 months from end of April - End of August. Looking for someone to sublet my room for that time and live with my AWESOME roommate!! She’s 22 and works 5 days a week as a disability support worker, she’s very sociable and fun so it’s important you are too! Smoking is okay with us as long as it’s done outside. No pets allowed in the apartment. We love the ocean and love the outdoors!! We are both quite clean and always clean up after ourselves so that would be expected of whoever comes in.
